- Typical regional flavours available

Premium-Quality Ingredients
Aware of our social responsibility towards the community and environment in which we operate, we work with a carefully selected group of local partners who supply typically Azorean ingredients that enrich our ice cream: Dona Amélia, Queijadas da Graciosa, Queijadas Vila Franca, São Jorge Cheese, Fig Jam, Banana, Santa Maria Melon PGI, São Miguel Pineapple PDO, Azorean Coffee, among others.
In addition to local ingredients, we source high-quality ingredients with verified origins, in line with fair-trade principles, to enrich some of our ice cream bases. We work with vanilla from Madagascar, cocoa from Ecuador, dulce de leche from Argentina, among others.
