Certified meat from the Azores (Carne dos Açores IGP) comes from cattle born, raised and slaughtered in the Azores, in rotational grazing and fed with breast milk for at least 3 months.

It is a tender, rosy flesh with a large succulence, soft texture, with a characteristic aroma and flavor, related to the pasture-based feeding of the animals.

Our meat has a slight infiltration of intramuscular fat and is submitted to a process of maturation in carcass and in vacuum, guaranteeing better tenderness and succulence. In the certified meat from the Azores, we work calf and steer in pieces and packaged in vacuum and sliced in skin pack.
