The Azores milk and cream are the main base of the Quinta dos Açores ice creams, which, combined with ingredients selected in their purest state, result in the most delicious and creamy ice cream with genuinely Azorean flavors.
Aware of our social responsibility in our environment, we have a set of selected local partners who guarantee the supply of typical Azorean ingredients that enrich our ice cream: D. Amélia cake, Queijada da Graciosa, Queijada Vila Franca, Fig, Banana, among others.
In addition to the local ingredients, we have acquired high-quality ingredients from outside the Azores, in line with fair market policies, to enrich some of our ice cream bases.
We work with the vanilla from Madagascar, the cocoa from Ecuador, dulce de leche from Argentina, among others.
